The PFVA facilitates it’s members in issuance of recommendation letter for Visa of a particular country for business purposes.
Any member who desires to get the visa recommendation letter from the Association (PFVA) he must submit the following documents:
- A request letter on Company’s letter head addressed to the chairman PFVA giving purpose of his visit.
- A copy of his passport.
- Invitation letter from the buyer (if applicable)
Once the above documents are submitted to the Association office, it takes a week or so to issue the visa recommendation letter after necessary approval from the Executive Committee of the PFVA.
